- Replicas are ME8H (Methi) and D:Tek. They are extravagant and extraordinary, one of the most dynamic dj duos in music scene of Athens. During one year of existence, they have been in most of the clubs in Athens next to artists like Jerry Bouthier, JBAG, Cassius, Punks Jump Up, Autokratz, etc. Last June they went to London as special guests of Visage for the second themed party of Blitz Kids revival. Replicas have their own zone on a web radio station called WaveRadio.gr, they’re preparing some remixes for local and international artists and they’re recording their own productions for their first ep. On the other hand, Replicas have no serial number. Their maker wanted to create a mechanic version of Adam and Eve in order to revive the original sin.This model is unique and able to reform itself and adjust to any circumstances or figures and shapes impress or disturb them. Machines with consciousness. Each one is different and their opposition is a source of energy which results images and illusions. Their mask is a symbol of everlasting changing. Neuerotics and vulnerable, they try to balance between virtue and evolution. Re-invent. Re-volution. Re-plicas.
